Safe home care (not a prescription)
Keep the skin clean and dry. Use a thick zinc-oxide barrier for irritant diaper redness. Hold the room near 20–22°C for heat rash. Fragrance-free emollients help dry eczema-prone skin. Do not use adult steroid creams unless prescribed for that infant.
