What this means
Sebum and yeast on the scalp can leave yellow-white flakes on the infant head and sometimes the eyebrows. It often settles with gentle oil, a soft brush, and shampoo.

Safe home care (not a prescription)
Warm olive or coconut oil, wait 10–15 minutes, lift scale with a soft baby brush, then shampoo and rinse fully. Avoid essential oils.
